This PhD programme does not establish specific training complements. However, given that this programme is open to graduates from different university master's degrees whose syllabuses do not include sufficient specific research training in the field of linguistics or translation and interpreting, the programme's Academic Committee will decide for each student admitted, depending on their entry profile and previous training, whether or not they need to undertake specific research training. Specifically, students coming from non-research Master's degrees, such as the Master's Degree in Compulsory Secondary Education and Baccalaureate, Vocational Training and Language Teaching, may be required to take, at the discretion of the Academic Committee, some additional training in subjects from the Master's Degree in Professional and Institutional Translation, from the University of Valladolid, or the Master's Degree in Institutional Translation, from the University of Alicante, not exceeding a maximum of 12 credits.
